How we score providers
Our ratings are editorial scores, not aggregated customer star farms. Each provider receives category scores from 1–5. Those categories are combined with fixed weights that can be adjusted later from the admin tools.

Bars above show weight only (displayed at full width for clarity). Individual provider pages show the actual category scores.
What each category means
- Price & Value (25%) — how competitive plans look for common trip lengths, not a promise of always being cheapest.
- Coverage (25%) — breadth of destinations and clarity of regional packs.
- Network Performance (20%) — based on publicly described partners and commonly reported traveler experiences, not lab tests we invent.
- Ease of Use (15%) — install guidance, app clarity, Dual SIM friendliness.
- Features (10%) — hotspot policies, top-ups, plan variety, 5G availability where stated.
- Support (5%) — help center quality and commonly reported support responsiveness.
Scores will change as providers update catalogs. Destination pages may recommend a lower-ranked provider when it fits that trip better than the overall leader.
